Still Waiting
When families adopt from Dog Tales, the final step in the adoption process is taking the first family photo. Over the past year and a half, and 600+ adoptions, the bench that we use to take these family photos has become known by many as our adoption bench. This is an incredibly special and meaningful moment for all involved, and these photos are cherished by both the adoptive families and our team. Sadly, there are a number of very special dogs at our shelter who have been waiting far too long for their permanent family photo to be taken. These dogs are photographed below, wearing numbers around their necks representative of how many days it has been since they first arrived at our rescue.
