Male, 22 Years Old, Standard Mix

Monty is a small gelding who we believe is a Standardbred cross in his mid-teens. Monty was very sore when we acquired him, X-Ray results showed a fracture in a bone in his lower leg. There is no way to know how old the fracture was but with some tender loving care here at Dog Tales he is looking much more comfortable. Monty is broke to ride and very easy to handle. He was most likely given up due to his lameness.
