Bobby came to us from an overcrowded shelter, where he had been found as a stray in poor condition—skinny and injured. Although we don’t know much about his past, we do know that after everything he’s endured, Bobby is one of the happiest, most affectionate dogs you'll meet. Now fully healed, he’s ready to find his forever home.

Young, energetic, and full of life, Bobby is eager to explore the world around him. Currently, Bobby is heartworm positive and will begin treatment soon. For his treatment to be successful, he will need a calm, nurturing home where he can relax and recover without stress. A peaceful, low-stress environment will be key to his healing process.

Once Bobby has completed his heartworm treatment, he will be ready for all the adventures a family can offer. He’s an active dog who loves to stay busy, so he’ll thrive with a family who can take him on plenty of outings to burn off his energy. Bobby is also being evaluated with other dogs and is working hard on his leash manners—he’s a quick learner!
