Tyson arrived at our shelter after having been left alone for long stretches during his previous owner’s difficult circumstances. Despite the challenges he faced, including skin, ear, and eye issues as well as masses, Tyson has made an incredible recovery. With the help of remarkable treatment, he now looks and feels years younger, radiating vitality and health!

Tyson does have some ongoing medical needs: he suffers from dry eye, which requires lifelong eye drops twice a day, and he takes a daily supplement for urinary incontinence due to his kidney disease. While the kidney damage cannot be reversed, it’s being carefully managed, and his adoptive family will need to continue his preventative care with a special diet and supplements.

This affectionate and social boy loves meeting new dog friends, going on leisurely walks, and cruising in cars. He strikes the perfect balance of friendly energy and relaxed napping, making him a true companion who enjoys both playtime and downtime.
